How long will it take to get my orders?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Standard Mail and will be delivered within 5-9 days. Priority Mail orders will be delivered within 3-5 days.
Please check your Spam folder for tracking information.
Canada/Mexico orders will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Please note that customs and import duties are not included in the shipping rate.

Cleaning Instructions
Frequent cleaning is the key to keeping silicone looking its best.
Constant use with no cleaning will cause inevitable staining.
Isopropyl alcohol can be helpful and is oftentimes mixed with rock salt for an even more effective cleanser.
Top rack dishwasher cleaning may also prove helpful.
Boiling carefully in water may help loosen up buildup.
