Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept the return of our items.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please reach out to us at Store@PieceMaker.com within 30 days of purchase. We will need photos and a record of sale from PieceMaker.com to process a replacement.

If the item(s) was not purchased from PieceMaker directly through our online store, or other available direct network, please follow up and communicate directly with the store/retailer that the item(s) was purchased from. Please note, in the latter case, PieceMaker holds no responsibility over the state of the item(s) bought or after-sales services, you will be assisted according to the store/retailer's individual store policies which may differ from ours.
