We warrant that all PieceMaker products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials.

What is Covered?

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues arising from the production process or material integrity.
  • Replacement Guarantee: If a claim is validated, we will replace your item with a current equivalent. Note: While we strive to replace limited edition or discontinued items with the same version, availability may vary. In such cases, we will provide a comparable product from our current lineup.

What is Not Covered?

To ensure fairness and longevity, certain conditions fall outside of our warranty scope:

  • Standard Use: Damage from normal wear and tear, including natural color changes or staining over time.
  • Accidental Damage: Malfunctions caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, or "acts of God."
  • External Factors: Issues stemming from third-party modifications or causes external to the product itself.
