Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with your tracking information when your order has been shipped.
If you have not received an email* within 3 business days of placing your order, you may reach out to us at store@piecemaker.com, and we will provide this information. * please make sure your email address is accurate.
Please note that potential delays could occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Standard Mail and Priority Mail and will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days once they have been processed. USPS delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping: Canada & Mexico
All Canadian/Mexican orders are shipped via UPS and will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. The shipping rate does NOT include customs and import duties and cannot be estimated beforehand. All prices on our site are listed in USD.
Discreet Packaging & Billing
To protect your privacy all our packages come in discreet packaging without any markings showing its content.
You don't need to worry when you order from us; we value your privacy and ensure that all of your information is safe with us.
On your financial statements, your transaction will show up as "PieceMaker" with the purchase date and order total.
However, it will NOT show any indication of smoking items or product names.
Risk of Loss
Once an item has been purchased and handed over to USPS the risk of loss passes over to you. In the event, the tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local USPS branch.
